Race Day Schedule

August 31st, 2024

Late Model wheels can be left on Friday for tire mounting on Saturday.
Please call speedway office & let them know you will be racing, so we can prepare for pit parking & tires!!
LATE MODEL teams will get practice tires and one set of race tires this week 8/31/24
ALL Drivers please have all required paperwork & current 2024 NASCAR License info. filled out in advance.

Track is available for practice Monday-Friday by the hour for all Competitors

Friday, August 30th – Practice will be available by the hour. Haulers may also park
(check with office before parking)

Saturday Morning 10am – 1pm Early Practice – $100 per car (Parking approx. 9:00)

8:00 AM Pit Sign In (Please come early to alleviate the wait line and have paperwork completed!)

9:00 AM Pit Gates Opens

9:00 AM Pre-Tech is open for all Late Model/Limited teams 9am – 1pm

10:00 PM Late Model & Ltd Late Model teams can pick out race tires ***NOTE CHANGE***

1:15 PM Super Truck teams to tire barn for drawing tires

1:30 PM Drivers Meeting at the front stretch wall

2:00 PM PRACTICE – Pit Crossover Gate Opens Once During Practice

Street Stocks	2:00 – 2:10	2:55 – 3:05
Carolina Pro Late Model	2:10 – 2:20	3:05 – 3:15
Super Trucks	2:20 – 2:30	3:15 – 3:25
Limited Late Models	2:30 – 2:40	3:25 – 3:35
Late Models	2:40 – 2:55	3:35 – 3:50

*Street Stocks bring wheels during the week for tire mounts*

When going thru tech – Please have Driver & 2 crew members
All Super Trucks in tech line by 4:00 pm
All Limited Late Models in tech line by 4:15 pm
All Late Models in tech line by 4:30 pm
All other divisions thru tech after qualifying

Late Model & Ltd Late Models qualifying order determined by first practice times – NOTE CHANGE

4:45 pm GRANDSTANDS OPEN – WELCOME RACE FANS!

5:00 pm QUALIFYING

Super Trucks	1 lap
Limited Late Models	1 lap
Late Models	2 lap
Carolina Pro Late Model	2 laps

(Limited Late Models line up in qualifying order on pit road by 6:50)

All Cars must be lined up for your event before the white flag of the last event or you will lose your starting position!!

6:15 pm PRE-RACE CEREMONIES – Engines Quiet!

7:00 pm RACING!

Lap Counts & Racing Order may Change, as Needed!

PIT PASSES:
$35 w/NASCAR License – $45 w/out NASCAR License

ALL NASCAR SANCTIONED DIVISION DRIVERS MUST HAVE A 2024 LICENSE
