#2 Addendum-

START OF RACE: Once the pace laps have begun, the race will officially have started even though distance/time are not yet being measured. Cars will be considered as officially starting and collect points / prize money after they have exited pit road under their own power and cross the start finish line to begin the first pace lap. If a car on the starting grid cannot start and is assisted by the wrecker or other means, it still must begin the pace laps under its own power or it will not be scored and no points / monies will be awarded.  Any car entering the pits and re-entering the racing surface before the green flag is displayed will be considered as having made a pit stop and must start in the rear. Any car that enters the pits during the pace laps will be considered as officially starting the race and may reenter the racing surface at any time, even after the initial green flag. LINE-UPS/STARTING GRID: Hickory Motor Speedway wants to keep the event moving along throughout the night. All cars must be lined up in their correct position on pit road
