11:00 AM Pit Gates Open – Sign In and Registration Upon Arrival
(You must complete all paperwork before you can practice)
12:00 PM Crew Chief’s Meeting at Series Hauler for Trucks, Limited, Legends (Mandatory Roll Call)
12:15 PM Tire Truck Opens for Race Tires
12:30 PM Chapel Service at Series Trailer

3:00 PM Southeast Super Trucks Tech Inspection
1st in line, last to qualify (Bring jack, race tires will be put on during tech & trucks impounded until qualifying)
3:30 pm Southeast Limited Late Model Tech Inspection
1st in line, last to qualify (Bring jack, race tires will be put on during tech & trucks impounded until qualifying)
4:00 pm Tire Truck Will Close
4:30 pm QUALIFYING (all divisions will be impounded – will be advised where in crew chief’s meeting)
Southeast Super Trucks and Limited will scuff tires before Qualifying
You will be given time to tape, set sway bar and set air pressure ONLY

After qualifying move all race vehicles to front stretch for autograph session.
6:00 pm Driver’s Meeting at Series Trailer – Mandatory Role Call – If you miss meeting, you will start in the rear
6:15 – 6:40 pm Autograph Session – All Race Vehicles on Track
6:50 pm Prayer and National Anthem
7:00 pm Ladies & Gentlemen Start Your Engines!
7:30 pm Pit Gates Close
